Fox & Associates, Inc.’s surveyors and technicians utilize the most up-to-date equipment available. Our field crews are equipped with Topcon Total Stations, Sokkia & TDS data collectors and Ashtech GPS equipment. Our CADD software and hardware consists of AutoCad Civil 3D Land Desktop Companion 2010. Plotting is done on high speed HP Large Format Ink Jet Plotters with high resolution color capability. Our technicians take advantage of the latest technology allowing down loading of the raw survey data from the data collectors directly to our CADD systems, processing of the data and plotting all with very little or no human input, thus greatly reducing the chance of error. In addition, our computer equipment and software allows us to exchange all data and drawings with our clients and sub-contractors via e-mail. This is another key component for our team’s capabilities.

Fox & Associates, Inc. also utilizes Deltek Financial Management Software for Architects and Engineers. The Business Management capabilities of our system allows us to manage our projects and budgets through a series of concise status reports. The reports can be produced on three organizational levels: by department, phase, and task. The level most appropriate for a particular project or client is utilized. The reports include labor and expense analysis, cost analysis, project activity budget analysis, project expense budget analysis, and work-in-progress. By effective use of these project management reports, Fox & Associates, Inc. can keep its projects on time and on budget as well as track project profit and overhead costs.
